BioThe food blog that used to be here has moved to http://www.columbusfoodie.com/
While the food blog is dedicated to the food aspect of trying to get healthy, this blog is dedicated to the actual losing weight aspect of it. It's a way to chart emotions, track exercise, talk about my efforts in getting a revision approved, see where I started and where I eventually want to end up.
As part of my weight loss efforts, I'll probably be seeking a revision to my original weight loss surgery (May 2001), in which I dropped 160 lbs, but managed to gain half of that back. In any case, I'd prefer to get down to 299 on my own before getting revised, so the tracker below will track my progress towards that goal.
